We do not give refunds, but with that said, we want you to love what you purchase so you have 30 days to make an exchange or store credit for something you will love. Must provide proof of purchase and the item must be in its original condition. Because of the nature of the item; Earrings cannot be exchanged.
Custom orders cannot be changed after final approval without the cost incurred by the customer for changes. Anik Jewel will incur a cost for repair or replacement of custom orders if the item is defective or in need of repair for 30 days after the date of delivery.
We guarantee our work for 30 days from the date of purchase, therefore if you find your jewelry piece is defective or is in need of repair, we will either replace or repair your piece to your satisfaction. Must provide proof of purchase and the item. Earrings cannot be exchanged but will be replaced or repaired if defective within 30 days.
